Copyright Information

Under standard copyright law, the works within this site are protected. However usage is allowed if credit is given either through one of my communication methods and or express permission has been given by the software owners. The latter being if the project mentioned on our site is an example of work through one of our clients. Under which copyright falls under their copyright rules and thus cannot be used without their express permission, even if hosted through the company Crimson Media Productions.

Any and all art created by our team, whether hand-drawn, CGI, 3D, even written pieces, falls under copyright of the rightful artist, and is used by the company in a manner aimed at promoting their capabilities and can be used with permission from the artist mentioned alongside their art example.

Any and all arts, sounds and assets produced by the company and its affiliates can only be used with express permission by either the company and or its affiliates. This is to ensure that all the work done by our staff is fully recognised and credited to the correct indivduals.

This work may not be used for

- Claiming as your own
- Used to cheat in an exam/test
- May not be used to cause harm to another
- Should not be replicated in and identical manner
